There is no doubt that beginning (or restarting!) your yoga practice can be nerve-wracking, but we want you to know that you can have confidence knowing that Team HYV is here to support you! Our teaching staff is full of kind, expertly-trained, yoga-loving individuals that have a serious passion for sharing some good yoga. We offer multiple different styles of yoga and our classes are great for both beginning and experienced students - most of them are HOT! Come get a feel for our amazing community at our Open House this weekend!

"So, What Do I Need for Class?"

We are SO glad you asked! 

It's super simple - you just need a yoga mat, full-sized towel to put on top of your mat during class, and water! We recommend wearing fitted, sweat-wicking or athletic material and something you're comfortable moving in! No experience or fancy pants required.

We recommend arriving for class about 15 minutes in advance. No late admittance to class.
